• Position requires travel throughout the area market. Master's degree and minimum of two years of leadership experience are highly preferred. Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics.Responsibilities Lead clinical professional development for assigned market to ensure the consistent alignment, delivery, performance, and evaluation of multi-faceted clinical professional development programs.
  • Manage clinical professional development teams to achieve organizational goals and provide access to clinical learning delivery, performance, and programs.
  • Oversee program quality, analysis of program effectiveness, and overall efficacy of clinical education in achieving strategic business priorities.
  • Collaborate with others to create and conduct needs assessments that provide meaningful data to leaders to ensure alignment of clinical professional development operations with the organization's strategicpriorities.
  • Participate in the development of clinical professional development services with budget stewardship to ensure alignment with organizational needs and strategic direction.Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration:
    • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida. Credentialed from State Board ofNursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date requiredEducation:
      • Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
