Description:General SummaryThe Cleaning Technician is responsible for the cleaning of contents and structures affected by water, mold or fire in residential and/or commercial buildings.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Team Leader with cleaning of residential and/or commercial buildings damaged by fire, water or mold.Remove debris from homes and buildings damaged by water, fire or mold.Assist with site restoration after disasters.Observe and/or report any deficiencies of equipment.Replenish supplies.Any and all other duties assigned by the supervisor.QualificationsMinimum Education: High School diploma or equivalentMinimum Experience: One to two (1-2) months of construction, demolition or cleaning experience and/or trainingValid Driver's LicenseSkills and SpecificationsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manualsEffectively follow daily instructionsUse of equipment and tools in a responsible mannerDetail orientedMaintain high level of customer serviceInteract positively with other employees of all levelsExhibit adaptability, flexibility, self-control and maturity in work and behaviorRecognize situations that require notification of a managerExpected to analyze, interpret and communicate data effectively both verbally and in writingExpected to effectively present information and respond to questions from leadershipComplete assignments with promptness and accuracyRequirements:Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:Ability to occasionally stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear.Ability to lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.The employee is exposed to indoor and outdoor conditions, moderate noise, vibrations and hazards.PIe0a3d2130204-25660-35934764
